What Is The Boiling Point Of Xenon Tetrafluoride?

Xenon tetrafluoride (XeF4) is a colorless crystalline solid that has a melting point of 116.1°C. However, it does not have a boiling point in the traditional sense because it undergoes sublimation directly from a solid to a gas at standard pressure and temperature conditions. The sublimation process occurs around 50-60°C and results in the formation of a white vapor. Therefore, the concept of a boiling point is not applicable to xenon tetrafluoride.
